- Payment in full before the inspection is scheduled — no invoicing.
- Card, Zelle, Wise, Sendwave, or bank transfer. Government search fees billed at cost, with receipts.
- Plot can't be located, or seller refuses access: you get an Inconclusive report and a 50% refund.
- One discount: 20% off a second plot verified for you in the same month.
Prices are quoted and billed in US dollars. Pound, euro, and dalasi figures are an approximate reference at ≈£0.75, ≈€0.87, and ≈D73.5 per $1 (September 2026) and will drift with the market — ask us for the exact total in your currency on your invoice.
